Clueless, I woulndt say. I would call it more "preserving gains" in an uncertain environment.
But anyway, thx fir the response. I will observe it and see how it continues. But I certainly wont buy in at these prices. A waiver, not being granted, would dump it for sure. Market is very sensitive now, Centrus got sold heavily when they published their quaterly.
