I think you will find Centrus will only focus on HALEU for now, it will have to source for it's production from other sources is what I read, so I doubt it will be part of the planned $2.7 billion aimed at LEU production, in my opinion it will come from either GLE or GEH maybe? and neither will require Conversion or de-conversion.
