It dawns on me, that if they needed this load to be treated after pyro-processing to get the (plutonium and other actinides parcel) and enrich 37CL then they must have separated out the RepU (uranium parcel as well) I would think that was a correct assumption somehow?
If so Wilmington already possesses the RepU bundle as well, which includes Nuclear Poisons, and for that to be of any use? it needs to be either further enriched to overcome the poisons or remove them (the poisons) by using laser or use the RepU in a CANDU reactor which is a once only prospect, and is the least desirable IMHO.
