The reason I asked the question, is that although having what is essentially a "super-patent" on our tech is prima facie a huge positive for us, it can also potentially come with a lot of onerous and stultifying red-tape.
It's the reason why, for example, a cockpit hinge on an f-22 costs many tens of thousands of dollars, while a similar spec'ed hinge on a private sector vehicle is a full one or two orders of magnitude cheaper.
Obviously when talking about uranium, red tape doesn't constitute a competitive disadvantage because every competitor is bound by similar levels of red-tape.
But when we are competing in the ZSSi and MIST spaces, our competitors don't have the same level of governmental taint to slow them down, which is why I think that this might be a key issue.
