Yep, I'm thinking perhaps thats why Gle keep urging the Doe to release that $100m for initiative fuels. Apply early for a licence if the Doe will fund the application. With the recent passing of the advance act to speed regulatory approvals and the fact that Gle has had a previous licence granted for the Silex process, perhaps the enviromental side of the licence would be the only part of the application that would be new and take an average amount of time.
