Speaking of "cleaner sources of power"
As an example in the US, California, the fifth largest economy in the world, has let nuclear power stagnate, with only one plant in operation. It produces a minimal amount of power as this article shows.
Calling nuclear "clean" is an oxymoron as it derives the power from the worlds most dangerous substance.
