The Net Zero America study, undertaken by Princeton University is a comprehensive plan to reach net zero by 2050. Australia (including our present Fed LNP) have also pledged to reach this target, has completed a similar study in conjunction with Priceto,Melb. Uni, Qld. Uni and the international management consultancy Nous Group. Applying the Princeton approach, the study aims to be technology neutral, evidence driven and non-political. The final modelling results are illuminating. In short, nuclear is too expensive and too slow to be part of Australia's plans to reach net zero.
