In that Utube talk, they mention Terrapower as being the reactor, and GNF-A are providing fuel to them for the reactors, which comes from the Plutonium bundle for UNF separation, GEH are using Pyrotechnology which leaves some of the nasties in with the Plutonium which helps with its protection against proliferation.
Recently GEH and Terrapower were also talking how Terrapower would help with the BWRX 300
That is because the BWRX 300 will use the Uranium bundle from UNF as fuel it is already LEU and would only need enrichment and maybe the removal of some actinides, here is where Silex comes inn at Wilmington I reckon and it is already built.
