Great work and fascinating reading.
Especially the Questions and response matrix in q 4 and 5.
Does not take Einstein to work out where some of these questions may have come from. Companies that have only a pipe dream at the moment even though they claims to have been involved in Laser enrichment elsewhere. Interesting also to see that the DOE have given a firm not to further date extensions from such requests.
Equally about one question from an existing en-richer who has asked if funding will be av available for already under way capacity extensions. The answer was a firm no. Funding is only available for new enrichment capacity.
