Wrong again Sewie: The Megatons to Megawatts Program officially ended in 2013. This agreement was signed in 1993, and since 2013 there hasn't been much conversion of weapons to fuel.
With tensions mounting between the West and China/Russia, I'd be surprised if we saw an ongoing meaningful amount of U supply coming from decommissioned weapons.
