It has been puzzling me for a while, how they would fill the gap between the new HALEU production and new SMR startups such as the Terrapower reactor in Wyoming. But this seems like the logical solution, I doubt they would do very much of this as it would be expensive and probably only be used until more permanent solutions were implemented, but they must be desperate for fuel which augers well for new enrichers such as GLE.
