William - you still do not appear to understand the fundamental flaw in your argument over wasted money/effort in the period 2010 to 2014. The flaw is SLX WAS NOT IN CONTROL OF DEVELOPMENT DURING THIS PERIOD - CONTROL WAS WITH GEH - during this period SLX was a sub-contractor!! I don't know how familiar you are with business but sub-contractors do what their prime contractor tells them to do. All I know is that once GEH "pulled the plug" in July 2014 SLX repatriated laser development to Lucas Heights and divested all other activities within about 12 months - IMO a really impressive response which allowed us to survive (and advance) during the famine until 2021.
I would also suggest that you consider the proverb "there's no point in crying over spilt milk" - your crying is repetative and not based on the fact that SLX was not in control during the 2006/2014 period and took precipative and speedy action when required (after July 2014)
