Personally, I am impressed by our CEO and board members for their tenacity and professionalism during the "famine years", a lot of companies would have thrown in the towel. Instead Silex buckled down and developed a survival plan and diligently stuck to the plan until the storm clouds cleared, in fact I think it was the 2019 maybe 2018 AGM when MG said "that all options were on the table" regarding the future of Silex but thankfully not long after that statement things began to turn around and the other options were thrown in the bin. I have stated many times that I believe we got the deal of the century when GEH virtually gave us GLE for a very small sum of money, MG played a great game of poker, since then under our control it has been "to infinity and beyond", look at the achievments. They achieved approval from the DOC to take control of GLE, not an easy task, they have built 2 laser units at Lucas heights and shipped them to the US, they have integrated the laser units with the seperation units and are now conducting tests ready for TRL6, and a capital raise for approx. $120m, Silex can only move as fast as the market allows, it could never have raised that amount of money in 2014-21 the nuclear industry was in the dog house.

As for the competition if you can call them that, they are starting this marathon from a handicap position of 50Kms, they may eventually finish the race, but we will haved showered, received our medals, and attended the victory dinner/dance to celebrate by the time they finish. Hopefully we are not far from achieving TRL6, we have a contract with DOE for the depleted tails, we have an option over a very important piece of land at Paducah, we have MOU with 3-4 of the largest utilies in USA, we have a partnership with the second largest uranium producer in the world which will give us a very fluid sales conduit for the re-enriched depleted tails and enriched uranium, with the option to buy another 26% hopefully for a handsome some of money, we have a submission with DOE for LEU, we have potential to offer HALEU services in the future, we are enriching Zero Spin Silicone for quatum computers and commenced a MIST feasbility program. There are probably licensing achievements that we have as well but don't have the knowledge to comment on those, I am also not a techical person so some of my statements maybe a little loose, but as a businessman I see a lot of upside for this company and I am excited for the future.

I can't see any threat to us from LIST, what does LIST have?
