Not only would Silex want secrecy on this, Cameco were there to prove commercialistion for the PLEF so I guess they would want to maintain secrecy as would GEH, because it would be against US policy, I guess it was OK to develop the ARC associated for PRISM for another country (UK) but when that changed and recycling became part of the NATRIUM reactor and also the BWRX300, it became something where US policy had to change and in order to do so, it would have to be done under wraps, until such time that it had been proven with an EIS and Cost Benefit Analysis along with proliferation concerns were ratified before any bill to change to US policy was even contemplated.
That time is upon us now I believe.
