good pick up. MG definitely being careful with his choice of words but I think you can gather that "testing" in some way shape or form began once they were able to load fuel. doesn't sound like the independent contractor is on site yet - I am not clear whether he was meaning that the independent contractor would take 3-6 months or if they expect the whole process (review and report) to be completed in the next 3-6 months. he was sticking to the testing being completed by the end of the year which is good. I would think we are looking at back end of q1 for the TRL-6 report.
