Not sure her but does everyone here know what Disruptive Bifurcation means?
What does its bifurcation mean?
Silex has been referred as a disruptive technology before in documents by the NRC, In they discuss how it may effect several industries in a big way.
Industries that may be effected could include mining and enrichment!
Bifurcation is a word that sounds fancy but has a very simple meaning: splitting or cutting in two. If a stream divides into two smaller streams, that's a bifurcation. If you split a company into two divisions, that's a bifurcation too.
The disruptive bit I believe, means that it is about to change what happens today, something that will be disruptive to existing technologies.
It Talks about commercialization of GLE and Silex Technologies and yes Silex does do Silicon 28 but I believe in this case they are talking about Uranium enrichment for the nuclear fuel industry and that will be disruptive.
And there is also Medical isotopes as well which does require it to come from UNF.
