went back and listened again as I thought MG may have let something slip earlier, and I think he did. 5:40 timestamp "we are working with GLE quite feverishly with the pilot demonstration underway in Wilmington".. that to me says that testing is well underway. but the independent contractor hasnt commenced their activities yet.
