The new GE nuclear plant almost bankrupted GE ... GE !! ... you all who've been here long enough know this as GE i believe was looking to sell their stake in the JV Silex had with GA and Cameco ?.. yes ? (i can't remember the full details or how it turned out). ABC had some pro and some anti nuclear. Interesting to note though there were plenty who had actual experience in US nuclear power (not just a commentator or analyst) who said, Nuclear is expensive and not the answer. Anyhow... if you bring politics into any discussion it will fracture.
