All legacy TV media without any exceptions whatsover is exclusively for distraction and propaganda these days. But what makes the ABC far far worse than any other broadcaster is that they run on coercivly obtained funds and they have an explicit code of practice that states
"The ABC has a statutory duty to ensure that the gathering and presentation of news and information is impartial according to the recognised standards of objective journalism."
This is a standard that they openly flout every single day.
Private sector broadcasters are so fundamentally different from the ABC that comparing them is an apples and oranges situation.
