Looking forward to the Leu contracts. Applications closed Sept 9, so I'm wondering, as there are really only 4 or 5 cadidates whether they could announce that before the election. I'm thinking that Centrus may get a go at the leu as well to keep the entire product unobligated. Urenco may miss out because they announced their current leu expansion before the Doe proposals and so they not be eligible unless they expand even further. That would make them rather dominant, which is not the point of the exercise. Orano may well get a go and i think Gle are now a very good chance as the Doe doesn't seem to be locking in a firm dollar amount. This may leave some wiggle room should any player not be able to deliver.
