A little odd that they keep mentioning the $2.7b maximum, not the $500 mill that was allocated for haleu. It's only a month since the Leu proposals went in but here's hoping the Doe can get it done before the election. Likewise the $100mill nuclear fuel initiative. The Doe did indicate that would be allocated this year.
At least nuclear has bipartisan support in the US, but it would be good to hear something this week or next.
