Here's an article from Paducah on the status of the Gle test loop. It says as of a week ago that they haven't started operating as such yet, but at the same time say it's still on track for completion this year. A little contradictory to me, as there is only 2 months untill the end of the year.
Overall a positive article with good info i think.
