TerraPower has signed a term sheet with ASP Isotopes Inc for the construction of a uranium enrichment facility in South Africa and a supply agreement for fuel delivery for the Natrium small modular reactor.
Doesnt quite make sense, they do say that the best place to make HALEU is where it is made into fuel and Terrapower stated that the fuel will be made at at Wilmington NC.
Will South Africa have it's own Natrium Fuel manufacturing?
