I took this from SLX presentations and a DoE notice from 2001 (see HERE) and also the resume of Christo Leibenberg on the LIS Technolgy site (see HERE) which says "Liebenberg obtained his MS degree in Physics from Stellenbosch University (1991) in South Africa. He (co-)authored at least 10 patents and published many technical papers and reports, mostly in the classified space" - the bold and underlined bit I considered referred to his employment by SLX from 2006 to 2011 (see HERE). I guess the word "patent" possibly may not be strictly correct but it would appear that in some way our Intellectual property is protected in regard to uranium enrichment - I guess this also has a spill over into zero spin Si and ¹⁷⁶Yb in the sense that it's likely that many of the components for these processes will be common to uranium.
