I took this from SLX presentations and a DoE notice from 2001 (see
HERE) and also the resume of Christo Leibenberg on the LIS Technolgy site (see
HERE) which says "
Liebenberg obtained his MS degree in Physics from Stellenbosch University (1991) in South Africa. He (co-)authored at least 10 patents and published many technical papers and reports, mostly in the classified space" - the bold and underlined bit I considered referred to his employment by SLX from 2006 to 2011 (see
HERE). I guess the word "patent" possibly may not be strictly correct but it would appear that in some way our Intellectual property is protected in regard to uranium enrichment - I guess this also has a spill over into zero spin Si and
176Yb in the sense that it's likely that many of the components for these processes will be common to uranium.
