from what I can glean there seems to be somewhere between 600,000 and 700,000 tons of tailings in the US. although getting a clear view of that is hard. Given the need to ramp quickly for the US, it would seem advantageous to give GLE access to as much of that as possible and remove or at least raise the cap on the annual throughput.
