Centrus' proposed Orano plant is said to have been budgeted for $6.5bn but is now closer to $10.5bn
And from Centrus' own documents their "all-in" production is proposed at 10.5 MSWU.
Surely GLE's proposal has to be given the nod ahead of the Orano option as a far more efficient spend???
GLE plant costs presented as "over $1bn" for 8MSWU? Even at $2bn it looks much better than paying $1bn per 1MSWU which is what Orano's plant looks like penciling out at.
