To date no waste has been stored in geological permanent storage. Finland is the only country to have built one and has still not stored any in it. Nuclear plants in war zones, as currently demonstrated by the Zaporizhzhia plant are accidents waiting to happen.Lastly, you've ignored the dangers of uranium enrichment which forms the basis of the production of nuclear warheads.
