I do not think CCO have the free cash to both increase their shared holding in GLE and have Capex for the build out of Pudacah. Their core business is mining U and they also need large amounts of capital to increase production at Cigar lake and McArthur to meet demand as it comes. They will wait until at least they see how the LEU RFP pans out and then a FID. Another factor is how much if any the DOE will fund or provide loan guarantees for the build out which i suspect is highly likely to include a 6 Million SWU plant as well as the Tails plant. If that does happen then GLE's value will be increased exponentially and i do not think CCO will be bothered about paying us a larger price at that stage.
If they bought us out this year or sooner it will not give us more income because most if not all of it will be needed to fund our 25% share of the build out. I still believe that both partners have made the decision to go ahead. Why would they have leased a huge building to manufacture essential manufacturing equipment at Wilmington and purchase 670 acres of land at Pudacah on which to build the plant. The know it works TRL6 is only going to demonstrate and optimize at scale the commercial potential. No doubt they are still tinkering with the module to keep making it more and more efficient.
