I suspect that this is the reason we took and extra six months to actually get the independent engineering co in for the review. I don't believe GLE/SLX would be calling them in until they were themselves completely satisfied with the operational performance of the system, and at full commercial scale there likely would be a whole slew of adjustments and fine tuning required to get to a level for TRL-6 sign off.
I suspect that this is the reason we took and extra six months...
