Founders Fund is backing General Matter Inc. Not sure there's a connection to Centrus but they are linked to a possible project on the old Hanford nuclear site near Richford in Washington state and two other unnamed sites. The project was named project spin which is suggestive of centrifuge based tech. The US Government site that records them being awarded 2 x $2 million contracts for both LEU and HALEU indicates that they are using some form of chemical process. What's interesting about them is their deep connections in the big tech industry so if they have innovative nuclear tech and connections with SMR manufacturers they may be able to stitch it all together to build and run power plants for their data centres.
