NC, from the agm Mg mentioned that the plant was "up and running". I'm pretty sure he also indicated that the assesment team would be in very early next year. Then a guy Nima Ashkeboussi from Gle posted on linkedin in early Jan.
"Technological and Regulatory Milestones:1. GLE began running natural uranium hexafluoride through the Test Loop and will soon begin large-scale enrichment demonstration. This step will mark a significant advancement in the SILEX technology for commercial deployment.2. GLE submitted an Environmental Report to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to begin site licensing for the PLEF. The balance of the license application will be submitted in the first half of 2025."
All this indicates to me that the large scale demonstration, (which i interpret to mean assesment) didn't start last year. It was interesting that Nima said they were "running natural urainium hexaflouride through the test loop" rather than depleted uranium hexafluoride (tails). Are the assesors on site yet and have they begun accessing? Hopefully we get some indication of that in 3 weeks when the project update is due.
