Seems like they need a few steady TRL 6 runs before bringing in the independent engineers. Delays because SLX need to be confident and sure that all TRL 6 requirements have been achieved before making any announcement. But expect something to be announced prior to the end of June. 100 personnel employed at Willmington. 24/7 manning of TRL 6.Seems like the TRL 6 equipment is almost full scale.
