They won't say in the article, even in vague terms, what is the basis of the tech. I'm guessing as they say it's not new, it might be a form of centrifuge? It seems they went searching for a technology to aquire, it's not their own. It also seems the three guys mentioned don't have much of a nuclear background. Staff of around two dozen? I also chuckled when one of them was quoted as saying he's "100% focused" on general matter, and in the same paragraph the article seems to allude to his side interests that he has going. mmmm,
