So, if you believe what you read in this article, (which I do) we should be hearing that Gle has submitted the 2nd half of their licence application to the Doe by the end of June.
As something similar has already been submitted and approved for a Wilmington plant years ago, and given the noises about slow regulation time frames from the us administration. I think It's conceivable that we may see a speedier approval this time around.
