Apart from the licence application heads up, I found another paragraph quite interesting where Steven Long is quoted as saying something about the equipment they are operating is "very near the scale" of what they would use at Paducah.
This is a slight change from past language from Silex/gle, where they refer to the test loop as being full scale.
Does this mean that the latest laser system shipped to Wilmington has a slightly larger capacity or have they seen an opportunity to tweak up the Seperator?
Any increase in scale would be good for Silex i would think.

“We're working with a large amount of material. We're operating the equipment. The equipment is very near the scale that we'll produce in a production facility, and so we're testing it, running through its paces,” Long explained. “This is really as large as we need to demonstrate and mature the technology before pivoting to the construction and, of course, licensing, of a production scale facility, which will be a massive uranium management facility.”

"We're actually submitting that license application here at the end of this month, and that can take as long as 30 to 36 months. We've been pressing the NRC for a much shorter timeline, and hope to see that become a reality,” Long said."
