I do think it may be in Canada at Cameco's existing fuel production site though?

My bad Toby I was thinking about a dedicated site for HALEU not the dedicated internet site DER!

But the more I look, it certainly seems as if Cameco are trying to tell us something without actually saying it directly?
I very much doubt whether enriched Uranium to HALEU would be produced in the US and then sent to Canada for Cameco to use it's existing infrastructure to make HALEU fuel for SMR's or some existing BWR's?

HALEU is not the sort of enriched Uranium you would want to be moving around too much, there was mention that I have read where it says that it would be best located at an existing nuclear fuel production plant.

GLE have stated that they will leave Wilmington at some point recently, so it wont be there IMHO.
