Somehow I don't see this as connected with Silex's last announcement, maybe partially? Because the way I see it is that it will take some time, to make any real meaningful money out of ZSS IMHO?
But then again some would say that a re enrichment plant is years away also, so what would I know?
More to the point what does someone else know that we don't YET?
