Is it truthful or just propaganda?
The west has been looking at ways to increase enrichment percentages and costs using centrifuge for years, but has not succeeded in doing so, I sometimes wonder whether an article like this has a hidden agenda, an excuse to start yet another war by the US with nations they see as the enemy?
