I sure you are right - it was just a good summary of the competitive pressure the Americans will face up to from Russia and China. During my life I have been engaged in many developing world projects and are well aware of the how the Chinese and Russians sell to developing nations things that can't justify but provides personal benefit to those involved; here in the wast we are not immuned - we also have to cater for half wits like Bowen and a labor party that is still on ban the bomb campaigns from the 1980''s and hide bound by dogma.
