I thought the answer to the question is obvious . . .
Energy Fuel Resources is mentioned in the BLR May Investor Presentation on page 2.
As the proposed Pinon Ridge Mill will be situated close to BLR's commercial size/grade resource, it is an option for Mike Haynes to save a lot of capex ( $ 150 Million ) while accelerating the project towards production.
Pinon Ridge is very close to having ALL permits . . . Air Permit and a local Montrose County permit and they are up and running.
I know the permitting process for Uranium hopefulls can be problematic, but all our boxes seem to be getting ticked without dilution and exhorbitant management salaries.
