I've been waiting to find a company with a site and structure building standardised modular reactors. many efforts around the planet still waiting approval. and many already cancelled, presumably due to problems with siting or raising the necessary funding.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_small_modular_reactor_designs
each so-called SMR is bespoke at the present and Sth K is still in planning stages:
"Doosan Enerbility is participating in the design and engineering of the main components of SMART, a nuclear reactor jointly developed by South Korea and Saudi Arabia. We will soon be supplying the SMART reactor components to our customers."
https://www.doosanenerbility.com/en/business/smr_smart
But, as yet, not one manufacturer actually making these things.
crikey the way this is going we just might get nuclear/hydrogen fusion reactors first
