Did some research about the Westies government legislating for a 15% reserve for domestic (WA) gas use.
Was mandated by the Carpenter Government. Interesting, Alan Carpenter was ex ABC journo and very short term pollie.
Looking back I can see the Westies now calling him, a Zero to Hero.
Perhaps his vision may become a model for the whole Federation.
