I'm not going to give you details of contracts. I will note what the MD said. He (and all of us) want's to be open to a rising uranium price because it can be explosive.
What he did do was buy quite a lot of U at around $30/lb. If there is any problem with delivering it from production they will deliver it from that.
I hope that substantially answers you question. Funding has been secured of course, I believe that basis.
BTW PEN has done a similar thing but they're not at the same level of progress.
