Thanks mate. I think current market exuberance could easily carry it well beyond fair value, which is the good think about the uranium space. Whether it holds there or not is another matter, but the sentiment seems to be returning (market cap is currently close to $1B which is pretty lofty).
If the resource doubles that won’t change the actual annual cashflows (as these are constrained by the annual production figure of 2.45m/lb’s) however it would certainly deserve a higher multiple as the LOM would be extended. It’s definitely something to watch. Enjoy the green days, it’s been a while since things looked this positive. Cheers
