No problem Scottietheannouncer will just 'borrow' one from the UK and USA and promise to give them one back when we finally build one in 2040. Unlike the vaccine it will probably be obsolete by then so a 'win' for Aus. Like a junkie living on credit won't worry about it until it's time to pay at the end of the month, by then you hope the other side is left with the bill.
