This is how its done with our Gov. In fact, now that I review all the events in the last 18 months and with Moron-son, Abe and Modi - all receiving the US medal for the Legion of Merit (yes, ONLY 3 of them).
It would explain why Moron-son stuck his neck out in 2020 for Trump. And why Modi sent troops in the Ladakh province to confront Chinese troops. And why the Japanese stuck their neck out to say "they would defend Taiwan, even though Taiwan never asked for it" (Note, Taiwanese have terrible feelings towards Japanese for WW2).
This was all part of a grander US plan.
The next step will be revealed by the so-called Quad alliance (US, Japan, India and Australia).
