I'm not too concerned about IR at the moment. Growth of 40%+ in number of doses sold and the upcoming clinical trial results will speak for themselves. When wider take-up occurs then broker roadshow is all that's needed. If they can attract the likes of Hunter Hall then I'm sure they can get many other insto's on board.
