    All radioactive elements are mined close to the surface.

    There are deep mines all over the world in which any radioactive wastes can be buried FOREVER. Any salt mine, by definition, is stable geologically with no risk of leeching into ground water.

    Any difficulty of disposal is not in the science but in the tiny minds of anti-human activists.
