I don't have much confidence in the man myself. but at least he has a deep understanding of the needs of participants, who were no so long ago unable to leave their homes or even their beds for long periods, and so will work with them as the primary focus. I mean this in a pragmatic manner as earlier the focus seemed to be giving out jobs to people who had no qualifications or skills for such work. I've seen some fine examples of this in my own circle.
what is with the Labs that most of the leaders are dorks? Beazley too was a caricaturists dream.
